This policy sets out what personal information Nottinghamshire Removals collects, why, and what we do with it. We have kept it plain, because that is how we prefer to do things.

What we collect

When you complete our quote or contact form, or email or call us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number and email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses for your move, your preferred moving date if you give one, and any notes you add. We only ask for what we need to quote for and carry out your move.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and send you a written quote.
• To plan and carry out your move or storage if you proceed.
• To answer your questions and keep you informed.
• To meet our legal and insurance obligations.

How we protect it

We handle your details securely and share them only with the people who need them to deliver your move. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how our pages are used so we can improve them. The forms are protected by reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and move records only for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and tax obligations, and then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nottinghamshire-removals.co.uk and we’ll help. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
